Ingredients

  • 250 g cheese (Harz cheese), diced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 bunch chives, washed, cut into rolls
  • 1 bunch radishes, washed, cut into sticks
  • 5 medium egg (s)
  • 8 slices toast, debarked and halved diagonally
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • a bit salt
  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Mix the cheese, radishes and capers and season with the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover the toast slices with the egg slices, spread the cheese mixture on top, sprinkle with the chives and serve.
