Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry (approx. 6 small sheets)
  • 1 can pineapple, sliced, drained
  • 1 pack ham, cooked
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 packet herbs, mixed (frozen, 8 herbs)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Lay out the puff pastry to thaw.
  2. Cut the ham and the drained pineapple slices into small cubes. Mix both in a bowl with the cream cheese and frozen herbs, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets a little and quarter them. Put about 1 heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on each square. Press the right and left corners together with your thumb and forefinger to form a shuttle. Place on a baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20-25 minutes.
  5. Tip: Also great with other fillings such as peppers, mushrooms and salami or tuna and onions.
