  • 100 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 75 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients into a dough and put in a cool place for approx. 45 minutes.
  2. Then tear off walnut-sized pieces from the dough and knead again in the palm of your hand and then shape into a ball.
  3. Place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and gently press in with a fork, bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for approx. 8-10 minutes.
