Ingredients

  • 4 rolls (toast rolls)
  • 4 fish fillet (s) (pollack, redfish or similar, 100 g each)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 cherry tomato (s)
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, milder
  • N / A Dill, fresher, chopped

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the divided halves of the bun. Cut the fish fillets seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice to the size of a roll and fry them in a hot pan.
  2. In the meantime, stir together the olive oil, yoghurt, mustard and dill and brush the bun halves with it. Place the lettuce leaves on each half of the bread roll and cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  3. Place the fried fish fillets on the lettuce leaves, spread the tomato slices over the fish and complete the burger with the second half of the bun. This burger also tastes really good cold.
