Ingredients
- 160 g cooked ham
- 2 onions)
- 1 bunch chives
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- some baking soda
- salt
- pepper
- some paprika powder, sweet
- 0.5 clove ½ garlic, finely chopped
- 180 g Gouda, rated
- 60 g butter
- 2 egg (s)
- 150 g yourt

- For 12 pieces
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Line the muffin tin with paper liners.
- Cut the ham into fine strips, peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into small rolls.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and 140 g grated cheese and mix in the ham, onions and chives.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Beat the eggs and stir in the butter and yogurt. Briefly stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture.
- Pour the batter into the molds, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
- The muffins taste best when they are warm.
