- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 3 tablespoon condensed milk
- 200 g butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar

- Mix 3 eggs, 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder to form a batter. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
