Ingredients
- 125 g mararine
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 bag custard powder (vanilla)
- 4 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 3 banana (s), very ripe
- Couverture, bitter (chocolate icing)

- Mix the butter with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until frothy, gradually add the beaten eggs. Mix the pudding powder, baking powder and flour and fold in. Finally, mix in the bananas mashed with a fork. Put the mixture in a greased loaf pan lined with baking paper.
- Baking time approx. 60 minutes at 175 ° C
- Let cool down a little before turning over.
