Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 cup onion (s), chopped
  • 500 g spahetti
  • 4 apples
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and cut the apples into small cubes. Boil the vegetable stock and set aside. Do not mix the ingredients together.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little fat. Spread the onions over the minced meat. Then spread the pasta and then the apples over it. Add the vegetable stock and spread the tomato paste over it. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and curry powder.
  3. Cover and simmer gently for half an hour, turning the stove or the gas flame on a low level. Add the sour cream and mix everything together.
