  • Bulgarian pepper
  • Bulb onions

  • Mayonnaise or sour cream
  • Hard cheese

How to make hot eggplant and cheese sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Cut the eggplant into slices. Salt to remove bitterness and excess moisture. Let’s leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Simmer chopped onions, bell peppers, and carrots in a pan. Add spices and seasonings to taste. Mix grated cheese with chopped garlic with mayonnaise (sour cream), add paprika and black pepper.
