Ingredients
- Bread – 3-4 slices
- Processed cheese – 70 g
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Mayonnaise – 1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
How to make hot carrot sandwiches:
Directions
- Grind the carrots on a grater (fine).
- Add grated processed cheese and garlic passed through a press.
- Add mayonnaise and a pinch of black pepper.
- We combine all the components until smooth.
- Cover the slices of bread with the carrot-cheese mass.
- We send sandwiches with melted cheese, garlic, and carrots to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We are waiting for 10 minutes.
