Ingredients

  • 400 g peas, fresh
  • 600 ml milk
  • 8 tablespoon parsley, washed and finely chopped
  • 0.5 kg ½ potato (s)
  • some salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • some flakes butter

Instructions

  1. Simmer the peas in the milk for about 8-10 minutes, add the parsley in the last 2 minutes.
  2. Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water, peel and mash them.
  3. Stir the cooked pea-milk mixture into the potato mixture, season with salt and pepper and garnish with flakes of butter and serve hot.
