Ingredients
- 400 g peas, fresh
- 600 ml milk
- 8 tablespoon parsley, washed and finely chopped
- 0.5 kg ½ potato (s)
- some salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
- some flakes butter

- Simmer the peas in the milk for about 8-10 minutes, add the parsley in the last 2 minutes.
- Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water, peel and mash them.
- Stir the cooked pea-milk mixture into the potato mixture, season with salt and pepper and garnish with flakes of butter and serve hot.
