Jam Pudding (Microwave)

If you are tired of preparing banal scrambled eggs or sandwiches for breakfast, then try to cook pudding with jam in the microwave. This dish can be safely attributed to the “haste” category, you will need no more than 20 minutes.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Jam – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 50 g
  • Egg- 1 pc.
  • Milk – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 50 g + for greasing the mold
  • Mashed potatoes – 50 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Baking dough – 0.25 teaspoon.
  • Vanilla essence – 2 drops

Directions

  1. Add sugar to the softened butter. Beat with a mixer until white. Add mashed boiled potatoes. Stir with a mixer.
  2. Shake the egg lightly with a fork. Add egg to dough, beat lightly. While whisking, add milk and vanilla essence. Then flour and baking powder. Stir with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Grease a dish suitable for microwave oven with butter, put jam on the bottom. (For a given quantity of products, a 380 ml dish is sufficient.) Put the dough on top of the jam. Place the dish with the pudding in the microwave. Cook the pudding in the microwave for 4 minutes at 850 watts.
  4. Leave the pudding in the mold for 5 minutes. Then turn onto a plate. Jam pudding is ready.
