Slice the chilli peppers and remove the seeds. Then cut into small strips. Cut the cocktail tomato into medium slices. Brush a small pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and heat the oil to medium temperature.
Beat the eggs in a glass and whisk with the salt, pepper and paprika powder. Put the omelette mixture in the preheated pan and fry over medium heat.
Before the egg white is completely thickened, add the goat`s cream cheese in dabs, then spread the chilli pepper strips and the tomatoes well on top.
Fry until the omelette is firm. Then turn and fry again briefly.
Serve as desired, e.g., with wholemeal rye bread that is thickly coated with margarine. There are no limits to your imagination.
