“Karne Asada” with French Fries

“Carne Asada” is translated from Spanish as roast beef. I decided to show you how to cook Karne Asada with French fries so that it is not only tasty, but also very original.

Ingredients

  • Beef chop (thin steak) – 500 Grams
  • Young Potatoes – 4 Pieces
  • Orange juice – 0.5 cups
  • Lemon – 1 Piece
  • Salt, spices – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – To taste
  • Grated cheese – 150 Grams
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves

Directions

  1. For cooking, take beef, potatoes, hard cheese, salt, spices, vegetable oil, orange juice, lemon.
  2. The potatoes must be well washed from dirt. Cut perfectly washed potatoes into cubes.
  3. Place the potatoes in a bowl, add spices (red pepper, paprika, black pepper, coriander, salt, garlic, squeezed through a press, or dried garlic).
  4. Pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil over the potatoes and stir. Place the potatoes, each piece separate from the other, on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. While the potatoes are baking, slice the upholstery into plates. Season with salt and pepper on all sides. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a container and pour 1 glass of orange juice into the same container. Add dried herbs to your liking. In this, marinate the meat.
  6. After 20 minutes, remove the meat from the marinade and fry on both sides until crisp in a very hot skillet.
  7. Let the grilled meat sit for 10 minutes. Transfer the fried potatoes to a skillet or baking dish. I have a frying pan with a removable manual. Very comfortably.
  8. Cut the rested meat into cubes. Place on top of the potatoes.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Lay on top of everything. Place the pan in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove the skillet from the oven. Top with some sauce. I use regular sour cream. You can use heavy cream or just mayonnaise.
  11. Chop the herbs. Decorate the dish to taste.
