Kebab Rolls

Delicious kebab rolls. Cooking is easy and simple, you can cook for future use, freeze and then fry at a time convenient for you. This type of kebab is just a lifesaver when guests are on the doorstep. Or you can take a barbecue for a picnic and enjoy them in nature!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Minced meat – 400 g
  • Mayonnaise – 60 g
  • Hops-suneli – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Ground pepper (a mixture of peppers) – 2/3 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for greasing the great.

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise (horizontally) into several pieces.
  2. We beat each piece of chicken fillet a little, putting it in a bag so that the meat fibres do not break.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of hop-suneli seasoning (you can replace it with your favourite seasoning for meat) and 1/3 teaspoon of a mixture of ground peppers.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with spices and grease fillet pieces on both sides. Set aside the chicken fillet and do the minced meat.
  5. You can take any minced meat, but with minced pork, the kebabs will be juicier. Add to the minced meat 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of hops-suneli and 1/3 teaspoon of a mixture of ground peppers.
  6. Knead the minced meat well, beat it off a little, throwing it into a bowl.
  7. We spread the cling film on the table, put the fillet pieces on it.
  8. Distribute the minced meat on top.
  9. We roll up the chicken fillet and minced meat roll. We wrap the meatloaf in cling film.
  10. For convenience, we cut the roll into two parts and send it to the freezer until freezing (thus the roll is cut better), for at least 2-3 hours, the time depends on the temperature of your freezer.
  11. To prevent wooden skewers from burning, we soak them in water for a couple of hours in advance.
  12. We take the chicken fillet and minced pork roll out of the freezer, cut into pieces 2 cm wide.
  13. We string meat rolls on skewers (I have thin skewers, so two at once). We spread it on a wire rack grease with vegetable oil.
  14. We bake kebabs in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees, at an average level, literally 10-15 minutes. We put a baking sheet with water under the wire rack so that the kebab is juicier and the oven is clean. Fillet pieces with minced meat are thin, and shashlik-rolls are prepared very quickly, the main thing is not to dry them out.
  15. Delicious kebab rolls are ready. We serve to the table. It takes very little time to cook, and the result will delight you!
