  • Chili pepper – 5-10 g
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Fresh dill – 20 g
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander – 1 pinch
  • Dried thyme – 1 pinch
  • Ground paprika – 1 pinch

  1. We prepare all the necessary products.

  2. We put water on heating.
  3. Cut the courgettes into quarters.
  4. We send the zucchini to boiling water. Blanch for 5-7 minutes and put in a colander.
  5. Pass the garlic through a press.
  6. Peel and grate the carrots in Korean style.
  7. Chop hot peppers thinly.
  8. Finely chop the greens.
  9. Combine zucchini, carrots, garlic, hot peppers and herbs in a convenient bowl.
  10. Add spices.
  11. We also add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil.
