Ingredients

  • 200 g wheat flour (whole rain)
  • 200 g rye flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 40 g flaxseed
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 450 ml water, lukewarm
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. The dough is enough for one bread.
  2. Dissolve the yeast with the honey (it will then become liquid). Mix the flour and the grains (also possible with other grains) and add the dissolved yeast. Now add the water, you may need more or less. Put the dough in a greased baking tin and brush with water (with or without salt) and sprinkle with grains if necessary.
  3. Place the baking pan in the non-preheated oven and bake for one hour at 190 ° C. Take the bread out of the pan immediately after baking.
