Lazy Stuffed Cabbage Rolls in the Oven

I really love recipes that are quick and easy to prepare, but it turns out very tasty! And don’t use extra dishes! I put cabbage, minced meat and tomatoes in layers in a mold and baked! A delicious recipe for cabbage rolls for the lazy!

Ingredients

  • White cabbage – 1 kg
  • Minced meat – 700 g
  • Bulb onions (large) – 2 pieces
  • Carrots (large) – 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes (small) – 4-5 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp + for greasing tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Seasoning for meat – to taste
    For the filling (optional):
  • Sour cream (or ketchup) – to taste

Directions

  1. From the products, you will need everything that we usually use for making stuffed cabbage, except for rice. Peel the carrots and onions
  2. Grate carrots and onions on a coarse grater. Add sour cream, seasoning for meat, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Minced meat is also there. Mix well.
  4. Finely chop the cabbage, add a little salt and wrinkle it with your hands.
  5. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Put a layer of cabbage in a baking dish. Top – a layer of minced meat
  6. We alternate layers of cabbage and minced meat until we run out of products. It is desirable that the last (top) layer is cabbage. Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread over the cabbage, sprinkle with a pinch of salt. And I also smeared the tomatoes with sour cream, but this is not necessary.
  7. Cover the dish with cabbage, minced meat, and tomatoes with foil and send to the preheated oven. Cooking cabbage casserole with minced meat and tomatoes under foil for 30-40 minutes. Then we remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes.
  8. Cabbage, minced meat, and tomato casserole is a hearty, aromatic, and tasty dish.
    Serve lazy cabbage rolls with sour cream or ketchup. Repeat on health, cook with pleasure!
