Ingredients

  • 155 g flour
  • 110 g butter or mararine
  • 30 g powdered suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough from 125 g of flour, the butter, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt and divide it into 11 pieces. Roll out 10 parts of it and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
  3. In the meantime, beat the eggs until frothy, add sugar and salt and keep beating. Mix 30 g flour with the baking powder and sieve over it. Finally, mix in the juice and zest of the lemon.
  4. Reduce the temperature of the oven to 170 ° C, take the baking sheet out of the oven and distribute the cream over the 10 thalers. Place the dough of the eleventh piece on top as a crumble. Put the baking sheet back in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. After cooling, decorate with powdered sugar.
