Ingredients

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 250 g flour, type 550
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 240 ml liqueur, (Licor 43)
  • 100 g chocolate flakes, dark
  • Couverture, dark and / or white

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the mixture. Stir in liqueur 43 and then carefully fold in the chocolate shavings. Put the dough in a greased springform pan and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes. Please do the chopstick test beforehand, because every stove heats differently. Garnish or cover the cooled cake with melted couverture.
