  • 250 g almond (s) blanched and round
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Liquid sweetener
  • bitter almond, cinnamon and gingerbread aroma

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead well with your hands, the dough will stick a little. Wrap the dough in cling film and press it flat so it will cool down faster.
  2. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Now shape the dough into balls and press them flat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the biscuits on top.
  4. Preheat the oven and bake at 150 ° C top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.
  5. The biscuits are still a bit soft after baking, but they are getting harder.
