Ingredients

  • 120 g almond flour
  • 30 g coconut flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 80 g erythritol (suar substitute)
  • 120 ml milk
  • 85 g chocolate chips without suar
  • 1 g cinnamon
  • 1 g salt
  • 10 drops flavor (cookie flavor)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter (microwave - low wattage).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix 10 drops of cookie flavor into the liquid butter. Mix the butter and milk with the dry ingredients. Mix in the chocolate drops into the dough.
  4. Note: You can of course also use sugar-free chocolate instead of chocolate drops. However, this must be hacked beforehand.
