Ingredients

  • 20 g bran (e.. oat bran)
  • 60 g quark
  • 15 g almond (s), rated
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ soy flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ tartar baking powder

Instructions

  1. The amount of ingredients is enough for 3 filling slices.
  2. Mix all ingredients, let soak for 10 minutes and stir again. I then put the dough in a microwave box with an edge length of 10 cm, but a small round bowl would also work. Caution: The dough naturally rises a little when baking.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes with the lid on, then 1 minute without the lid on full heat. Fall out of the jar. Cut into 3 slices if you are using a microwave box with an edge length of 10 cm. Toast the slices in the toaster brown, about the second highest setting or, for more safety, twice over only medium heat.
  4. Depending on how hungry I am, I eat 2 - 3 of the slices and afterwards I am full. Often I can`t even make the third disc. The bread with the ground almonds is really delicious and super freshly baked on the table!
