Lush Hake Balls

Let’s prepare delicious fish balls with cheese. A very simple and tasty hake dish. Lush hake balls are a quick dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Hake – 500 g (350 g fillet without skin)
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 20 g
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 30 g
  • Spices for fish – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare ingredients for fluffy fish balls.
  2. To cut the fish into fillets, make an incision along the ridge and separate the fillets from the bones and skin.
  3. Separate the yolks from the proteins.
  4. Break the hake fillet with your hands into small fiber pieces and send to the yolks. Add salt and spices, stir.
  5. Add cheese, cut into small cubes. Mix thoroughly.
