Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 170 g powdered suar
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch (Maizena)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 egg whites (left over from the dough)
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 150 g almond (s), or hazelnuts or walnuts (rated)
  • 3 drops bitter almond flavor

Instructions

  1. Butter and Sugar, Van. Beat the sugar until foamy, gradually stir in the two yolks and the 2 whole eggs.
