Macaroons with the Addition of Ground Almonds

These macaroons are made with the addition of ground almonds.

Cook: 1 hour 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Ground almonds – 300 g
  • Butter (diced) – 180 g
  • Large eggs (slightly beaten) – 4 pcs.
  • Flour – 300 g
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon

How to make macaroons:

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a 26×26 cm heat-resistant square mold with oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, almonds, sugar, and salt. Put butter in this mass, mix with your hands until crumbly, add eggs, mix well.
  3. Put the dough into the prepared mold, pressing down with your hands. Place in a preheated oven and bake the macaroons for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Remove the finished macaroons from the oven, let them cool for about 10 minutes at room temperature. Cut chilled macaroons into diamonds.
