Ingredients

  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 160 g suar
  • 1 kg flour, (405)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 160 ml oil, (sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve 1 cube of fresh yeast in 500 ml of lukewarm water. Then add 160 g sugar and stir with a fork, proceed in the same way with 160 ml oil.
  2. Mix 1 kg flour with 1 teaspoon -1/2 teaspoon salt. Then add the flour mixture. Cover and let rise for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
  3. Shape bread rolls and place on a tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 240 degrees top / bottom heat for 12 minutes.
