Ingredients

For covering:

some Milk
125 g suar
2 teaspoons, leveled cinnamon, ground

Instructions

Mix the marzipan raw mixture and butter well, gradually adding the sugar, V-sugar, baking oil and the egg. Mix wheat flour with cornstarch and baking powder and stir in 2/3 of the flour mixture, tablespoon at a time, knead in the rest of the flour. If the dough should stick, it must be refrigerated for a while.
Now roll out the dough and cut out any shapes, place on a greased baking sheet and brush with milk. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon, sprinkle the pastry with it and place in the preheated oven.
Top and bottom heat 175 - 200 ° C, baking time 8 - 10 min
