Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 500 g yourt (low-fat yourt)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 150 g chocolate, white, chopped until crumbly
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 600 g fruit (frozen)

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt and quark together. Fold in the whipped cream. Chop the chocolate (also delicious with crisp) (I make it with moulinette) and stir into the mascarpone cream. Season to taste with powdered sugar as required.
  2. Pour into a nice bowl and distribute the fruits on top.
  3. Note: I always take frozen fruits, either 2 boxes of unsweetened raspberries or wild berries or a bag of lightly sweetened mixed fruits (e.g. from Aldi). When the dessert is served, the fruit should no longer be stiff-frozen, but neither should it be mushy.
