Mashed Potatoes in a Blender

Mashed potatoes are a favorite, but a new way to cook it using garlic and broth, without milk or cream, is suggested in the recipe for mashed potatoes in a blender. It turns out very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
  • Garlic – 20 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Butter – 50 grams

Directions

  1. Before preparing mashed potatoes in a blender, you must prepare all the ingredients. Wash and peel potatoes. Put it in a saucepan, pour boiling water over it.
  2. Remove the husk from the garlic. Cut each clove into two halves. Add to potatoes. Bring to a boil. Salt. Cook until tender.
  3. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water into a separate bowl. Slightly (1-2 minutes) dry the cooked potatoes over low heat. Pour a small amount of the potato broth back into the pot. Let it boil.
  4. Gently chop the potatoes and garlic cloves with a blender. Add butter gradually. Continue to grind with a blender until a fluffy puree is formed. Adjust its density with a potato-garlic broth.
  5. Ready puree is in perfect harmony with fresh vegetables, pickles and meat dishes.
