  1. So, wash the potatoes and peel them.
  2. Cut the tubers into small pieces. I have these pieces with a side of about 2-3 cm.
  3. We put a pot of water on the fire, put potatoes there, add salt and cook.

  4. After boiling, the potatoes are boiled for about 25 minutes. It should become soft.
  5. Everything is ready. Drain about 3/4 of the water from the pan and start mashed potatoes with a crush. Add black pepper to taste.
