  • 500 ml water
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped soup powder
  • 2 medium carrot (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 pack dumplings, (soup)
  • 1 large bay leaf
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cut an onion into as small pieces as possible, dice the carrots and fry both briefly in oil. Deglaze with water and add the bay leaf and enough soup powder to the pot. Season everything with salt and cook until the carrots are soft. Finally add the soup dumplings and simmer on a low flame for 10 minutes - or according to the package insert.
