Meat Bread with Cheese

We keep trying something new and unusual! Today the recipe for meat bread (almost homemade sausage), where instead of spices … soup is added to the minced meat! More precisely, dry mix for instant soup. The technology is simple, I really liked the result! Cook meat bread with cheese for health, it’s very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Minced pork – 500 g
  • Minced beef – 300 g
  • Lard (pork fat) – 100 g
  • Instant mushroom soup – 1 sachet
  • Dried mushrooms – 1 tbsp
  • Grated hard cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese – 100-150 g
  • Chopped parsley – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary products. We will use two types of minced meat in the recipe. Since the pork is not very fatty, we take a little bacon and pass it through a meat grinder. Soak dry porcini mushrooms in water. Rub hard cheese on a fine grater. Wash parsley, dry and chop finely. Today I have mushroom soup from a bag (I tried to find a more natural composition). We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. We drain the water from the mushrooms into a separate container, it will still be needed. Finely chop the mushrooms. In a large cup, combine bacon and two types of minced meat. Add dry soup mix, grated hard cheese, finely chopped mushrooms, parsley and 2-3 tablespoon. tablespoons of water in which the mushrooms have been soaked. We mix.
  3. We beat the minced meat right on the table for a few minutes to form protein threads.
  4. We spread the prepared meat mass on a sheet of parchment and slightly level it. Place the mozzarella balls in the center.
  5. We form a meat loaf with our hands. We compact the minced meat, try not to have voids inside (for convenience, hands can be moistened with water).
  6. Wrap the meatloaf with cheese in parchment (I used two sheets of parchment). Then we tie the edges with threads to make a candy.
  7. Now we send the meat loaf in parchment paper to a baking sheet or put in a mold. We bake the meatloaf with cheese in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. After cooking, without removing the parchment, cool the meat loaf at room temperature, then send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours (ideally, keep the loaf in the refrigerator overnight).
  8. After a couple of hours, you can try meat bread with mushrooms and cheese!
