  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons basil, dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Put the turkey schnitzel in an ovenproof baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Spread the zucchini cubes over the meat and crumble the feta over the top.
  2. For the sauce, mix the whipped cream with the milk and add the basil, oregano and thyme. Pour the mixture evenly over the schnitzel and cook for about 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the schnitzel, at 200 ° C in a preheated oven.
