Minced Meat Chop, Corn-Breaded

  • Minced meat (pork and beef) – 600 g
  • Unsweetened corn flakes – 100 g
  • Flour – for breading
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Curry – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients for the corn-breaded minced meat chops.
  2. Add salt, ground black pepper and curry to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly. Lift the minced meat with your hand and toss it hard into the bowl or hit it on the countertop. Beat the minced meat in this way 8-10 times. He will become more dense and connected.
  3. Place the unsweetened cornflakes in a convenient container and lightly work with a potato grinder to get coarse crumbs.
  4. Pinch off a small portion of the minced meat with wet hands, form a bun and beat again several times. Give the balls a flattened round shape, no more than 1 cm thick, so that the minced meat balls are fried inside.
  5. Pour wheat flour into a convenient bowl. Breaded meatballs in flour on both sides.
  6. Beat the eggs with a whisk. Dip the blanks in the egg.
  7. Then, gently toast the minced meatballs in the cornflakes.
  8. Heat oil in a skillet. Fry the minced meat chops in the corn crust over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
