- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g butter
- 1 bunch leeks
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 400 g minced meat
- 8 slices toast
- 1 cup cream
- 3 egg (s)
- 50 g cheese, rated

- Squeeze the garlic and mix with the butter. Wash and clean the leek and cut into fine strips, chop the mushrooms and parsley. Sauté the leek in oil, add the minced meat, parsley and mushrooms, season with salt, pepper and fry for 15 minutes.
- Roast toast, brush with garlic butter, place 4 slices in a buttered dish. 4 tablespoon. Mix the cream into the minced meat. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff. Whisk the remaining cream with the egg yolk and cheese, fold in the egg whites. Spread 1/3 of the cheese cream and meat on the bread, pour the rest of the bread and cream over it. Bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
