Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 8 slices toast
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 g cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Peel and squeeze the garlic, then mix with the butter. Wash and clean the leek and cut into fine strips. Clean the mushrooms and chop them together with the parsley.
  2. Sweat the leek in hot oil. Now add the minced meat, parsley and mushrooms. Salt, pepper and fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Toast the toast, brush with the garlic butter and place 4 slices of it in a buttered dish.
  4. Now mix 4 tablespoons of the cream into the minced meat. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Whisk the rest of the cream with the egg yolk and cheese, then fold in the egg whites. Spread 1/3 of the cheese cream and the minced meat on the bread. Pour the remaining slices of toast and the cream on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
