Traditional minced meat for dumplings – a recipe made from pork and beef.

Ingredients

  • Beef (cutlet meat) -300 g
  • Pork (cutlet meat) – 300 g
  • Small onion – 1 pc.
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Sugar – 1 g
  • Salt (incomplete spoon) – 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper – 0.5 g

Directions

  1. First, prepare products for minced meat for dumplings.
  2. The meat is washed. Cut into pieces. The onions are peeled and washed. For minced meat, beef and pork are chopped in a meat grinder along with onions.
  3. Add salt, sugar, pepper, cold water, mix everything.
  4. Then the minced meat for the dumplings must be knocked out well.
  5. Minced meat for dumplings is ready. You can make dumplings.
