Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 leeks
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 250 ml meat stock, hot
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in olive oil and pound it well. When it is done, add the finely chopped leek, fry briefly and deglaze everything with the hot stock. Fold in the diced feta and let it cook until it is almost melted. Finally add the crème fraîche, stir and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. I like best spaghetti or rice with it.
