Minced Meat Schnitzel

Unlike the classic schnitzel, this recipe uses minced meat – pork and beef.

Ingredients

  • Mixed minced meat (pork and beef) – 300 g.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Bread crumbs – 5 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Seasoning – to taste.

Directions

  1. Salt the mixed mince. Also, add the seasoning. You can use the usual ground black pepper.
  2. Further, the minced meat with spices must not only be mixed, but beaten off. Throw the minced meat on the table or in a bowl several times until its consistency becomes smooth.
  3. We divide the minced meat into four equal pieces. We turn each piece of meat into a flat round patty-cutlet. I recommend covering the cutting board with cling film or a regular bag so that the minced meat does not stick to the surface.
  4. Beat the eggs with a fork. Dip each prepared minced schnitzel into the egg mixture.
  5. Then we bread the schnitzel in breadcrumbs.
  6. We transport schnitzels to a preheated frying pan with butter. Fry minced schnitzels, like cutlets, over medium heat, until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve schnitzels with mashed potatoes or other garnish.
