- 0.5 liter ½ olive oil

- Put the mint leaves in the olive oil and let it steep for 1 month in a cool and dark place.
- Then remove the mint leaves and fill in the oil.
- The mint oil is delicious, e.g. with fish, lettuce, zucchini, peas (homemade pasta with peas and mint oil)
