  • 0.5 liter ½ olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the mint leaves in the olive oil and let it steep for 1 month in a cool and dark place.
  2. Then remove the mint leaves and fill in the oil.
  3. The mint oil is delicious, e.g. with fish, lettuce, zucchini, peas (homemade pasta with peas and mint oil)
