Ingredients

  • 1 bag lettuce, cut and mixed
  • 3 large tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic, small, diced
  • 2 slices goat cream cheese (goat roll), thick
  • some oil
  • some pine nuts
  • some basil, fresher
  • some balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes. Season with the diced garlic, oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, pepper and salt.
  2. Then simply roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil and pour them over the tomatoes while still hot and mix in. In the meantime, arrange the salad on the plates and spread the tomatoes on top. Meanwhile, heat a pan with a little oil on a low flame. Slowly and carefully sauté the slices of the goat roll until it is golden brown but does not melt.
  3. Place on the tomatoes and serve.
  4. Please make sure that it is a goat roll. It will be more difficult with other goat cheese because it does not have the firm edge that prevents it from running when frying.
