Mom’s Curd Casserole

This is the recipe for the curd casserole my mom always makes for me. Tea casserole – fragrant, tender, juicy. What could be tastier and healthier? Make a curd casserole and you won’t regret it.

Ingredients

  • Curd – 1 kg
  • Chicken eggs – 5-6 pcs.
  • Semolina – 4 tbsp
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Butter – 150 g
  • Raisins – 100 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 20 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the yolks.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar well with a mixer.
  4. Salt the egg whites, beat with a mixer in a strong foam.
  5. Place the curd in a bowl. You can beat with a blender or rub through a sieve.
  6. Add egg yolks with the sugar to the curd. Beat everything in a blender. Add semolina. Mix well.
  7. Add soft butter. Beat everything with a blender. Then add the proteins. Beat everything well again. Wash the raisins (hot water). Add to bowl. Mix everything well with a spoon.
  8. Grease the form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina or flour. Put the curd mass into a mold. Place the dish in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake the curd casserole with raisins at 180 degrees until tender, about 40-50 minutes.
  9. Mom’s curd casserole with raisins is ready. Let cool, chop, and serve.
