Ingredients

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 400 g penne
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and finely chop. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and add tomato paste and parsley,
  4. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, shape into small balls and fry briefly in a pan. Then add to the sauce and let simmer briefly.
  5. Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the meatballs.
