Ingredients
- 400 g minced meat
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 onion (s)
- 200 ml cream
- 400 g penne
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- parsley

- Peel the onion and finely chop. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Add mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper and add tomato paste and parsley,
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, shape into small balls and fry briefly in a pan. Then add to the sauce and let simmer briefly.
- Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the meatballs.
