Mussel Saute

Ingredients

  • Mussels (fresh) – 400 g
  • Garlic – 4 g
  • White wine – 40 ml
  • Cherry tomatoes – 60 g
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley – 3 g
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Olive oil – 30 ml

Directions

  1. Peel the mussels, finely chop the garlic and parsley, fry in olive oil.
  2. Add mussels, cherry tomatoes and extinguish with white wine.
  3. Add fish broth, bring to a boil, salt, and pepper.

Saute can be served with garlic croutons.
