Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta, spiral pasta (amount as required)
  • 1 ring / e meat sausage, or 2 tied meat sausages
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 peppers, colored
  • Flour
  • Tomato paste
  • 175 ml vegetable stock
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped herb mixture, dried
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spiral noodles in advance and set aside.
  2. Cut the onions into cubes and fry them in the oil until translucent. Peel the sausage, cut in half lengthways, cut into slices, add and fry. Put the diced peppers in the pan and let them fry a little. Then dust with flour (everything should be lightly covered), add approx. 4-6 tablespoons of tomato paste (amount depending on taste) and stir well. Deglaze with vegetable stock and stir vigorously. Season with paprika, salad herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the pasta and let it boil again briefly.
