  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 0.5 ½ cup cereal (oat pops)
  • coconut drink
  • walnut kernels
  • some chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • grapes
  • 0.5 ½ apples
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pear (s)
  • some flaxseed
  • some raisins

Instructions

  1. Pour oatmeal into a bowl. Grind some of the oat pops and add the rest to the oatmeal. Add coconut drink. Stir in honey and add the previously chopped fruit and walnuts. Garnish with chia seeds and flax seeds.
