Okroshka on Tomato Juice

Ingredients

  • Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Pickled or lightly salted cucumbers – 2 small
  • Boiled meat or sausage – 200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato juice – 800 ml
  • Pickle (from pickles or tomatoes) – 200 ml
  • Tabasco sauce or red ground pepper – to taste
  • Mustard, for serving – to taste
  • Sour cream, for serving – to taste

How to cook okroshka in tomato juice:

Directions

  1. Finely chop the green onion together with the onion.
  2. Cut boiled potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
  3. Cut fresh and pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
