Tomato Juice Cupcakes

You can bake raisin muffins quickly and tasty. Just 25-30 minutes – and up! – cupcakes with tomato juice are ready for tea! Your guests will not take you by surprise 🙂

Ingredients
- Tomato juice – 1 glass
- Sugar – 1 glass
- Flour – 2 cups
- Vegetable oil (or butter) – 50 g
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
- Raisins – 50 g
Directions
- Beat an egg into a bowl, add sugar. Beat the egg with sugar, add tomato juice and vegetable oil. Mix.
- Add baking powder to a bowl. Mix.
- Sift flour, add to a bowl. Mix. Add raisins.
- Mix. The dough should resemble thick sour cream in consistency.
- Fill the molds halfway with dough. Place on a baking sheet.
- Put the baking sheet on the middle shelf of the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the muffins in tomato juice for 20-25 minutes.
- The tomato juice cupcakes are ready.
