Mix the flour with the eggs, olive oil, white wine, baking powder and salt and knead into a smooth dough.
Finely dice the cheese and ham and mix with the batter. Halve, core and fold in the olives.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Brush a loaf tin (1.5 l capacity) with oil, add the dough and smooth it out. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
Remove the cake, let it cool down a bit, then turn it out onto a rack and let it cool down.
